Next meeting in BNE area?

Postby DionM on Fri Jun 16, 2006 6:56 am

Calendar looks a bit sparse peoples!

I'm back from Germany and wondering when the nex meeting is ?

Canon 20D and a bunch of lovely L glass and a 580EX. Benro tripod. Manfrotto monopod. Lowepro and Crumpler bags. And a pair of Sigma teleconverters, and some Kenko tubes.

Good Question Dion, I'd eventually like to get along to a meet here....... there's been plenty of opportunity lately but always clashing with other events.
All I know, is that I don't know enough.....

It doesn't have to be a photographic session, maybe just a social get together. However I am off on holidays for three weeks in three weeks, so it will probably not include me.

Hey why aren't you guys up front and just say that you don't want to get together with a .....Canon..... owner.

No need to use up all of your holidays just spitit out.

Just kidding Dion! Are you coming along to the point and shoot that Manta is putting together?

I go to uni on the Gatton campus. There's two lakes there where there are birdwatching hides if you're into birding.

I'm actually finishing up my honours this semester - so meetups might have to be in the near future.

I've shot at the lake only a couple of times:
