Airshow

Postby birddog114 on Thu Aug 19, 2004 8:50 pm

I often travel to attend Airshow in the US and our local Airshow, just want to mention few coming events that may interested anyone would like to try their skill on the F-15/ f16/ f11/ f18 at Avalon Airshow.
Qantas normally has a charter flight from Sydney to Avalon, just special for the day (Sunday) leaving Sydney around 6:00am and left Avalon for Sydney around 4:30pm, last year returned ticket was less than $300.00 including entry pass few freebies

I've just created a new section for events.

As you get the actual dates, you might like to put a reference to these airshows within that section.

Here is the airshow's website:

http://www.airshow.net.au/index1.html

It's actually the 15th - 20th of March, which is the usual time of year for this event. I don't believe the last Avalon Airshow had it on display but this coming one will I believe be displaying the JSF.

There are displays from Friday afternoon, all day Saturday and Sunday.
The Friday afternoon display will go into the evening and will be topped off with the Night Alight Finale. So it might be an interesting shoot.
