DSLRusers exhibition HELP!!

Postby aim54x on Sun Feb 14, 2010 11:08 pm

hey guys, I have had a look at all the pictures from the last two years and was unpleasantly surprised to realised that I take pretty mundane images. It was so hard picking anything that I would consider worth getting printed up and hanging, so I figured I would get some of your help. I have attached a link to a gallery where my 22 shortlisted items reside. Please click through to the full image so see them as wordpress automatically makes square thumbnails.

Cheers
Cameron

Cameron,

I quite liked the ladybug one, and it was going to be my choice, but looking at it up close, I find that not having the ladybug in focus too distracting, so blowing that up would show that, unless that is the effect you are looking for and then I might suggest to add a bit of blur to it.

My pick would be the VividSydney_Stitch2. I like the perspective, light and sharp. I guess I'm going through a pano stage ;)

cheers,

André

Another vote for CKF_1298_colour2, although I'd prefer it without the person.

The VividSydney_Stitch2, the sunset one, didn't realise the others had the similar name

CKF_1298_colour2

with a crop to get symmetry about the horizon...

on a side note, I reckon this one is pretty neat too, with a little contrast it looks quite tidy...
