End of Year BBQ - Sydney

Given the end of year is fast approaching, we thought it a good idea to host an event at which people place pieces of dead (preferably) animal on very hot pieces of metal. Some call this a barbecue.

Expressions of interest sought.

Looking at Sunday 25th November 2012 at about lunchtime.

We can work through logistics regarding BYO or otherwise once we confirm numbers.

Undoubtedly, I have left something important off this, but let me know.

Interesting perspective, I hadn't thought about that.

Even more interesting: whose camera would I like to leave with :rotfl2:

Cheers

I would have thought it would have been whatever you could scrape off the roads as you came along......

I will be in Sydney that weekend, and it is a possibility that I could come for a while (in between church services.) Once the venue is known, I will see how things go.

Ok, thus far, the following have indicated attendance:

Cameron
Matt
Gerry
Gary
Ozi
Steffen
Suren

Did I miss anyone?
As there looks like there will be 9 people, I am happy to provide the rotting carcasses that will be sacrificed upon yon pyre.

Can I ask others to bring:

Vegetation
Baked flour and yeast
Moderately carbonated refreshments and Coke

And perhaps we can chip in for malt extract, yeast, hops and water? I will have whine.

(why be concise, eh?)

Maybe if you can make a list of all the things to be supplied we can each pick from it?

The new list is:

Cameron
Philo (& Matt)
Gerry (& better 0.5 plus damage)
Gary (+ Jose)
Ozi
Steffen
Suren
Peter (+ vino}
Andrew

So I make it 13 people.

Does anyone have any dietary issues? [I.e. no red meat, only red meat?]

It did, but in order to help reduce spam posts, the first few posts of every new member are now held for approval by one of the mods, so they don't actually appear until that occurs.
