This image by aim54x is this weeks hot shot. It is a great candid and captures the heat of the kitchen very nicely.

Love this picture - great choice. However, since it was mentioned in one posting by a member I also believe that a judicious cropping to remove the black blur on the left would improve this image further.

Indeed, nice choice. I would like to have seen this cropped, (or zoomed in the first place) to see some sweat on the chef's face.

It is a bit hard to zoom in with a fixed 35mm on a compact film camera...but a crop is doable.
