POTW 21 June 2016

Postby Matt. K on Tue Jun 21, 2016 5:16 pm

This stunning image by Ozimax just had to be the winner this week. This is almost a masterpiece and reminds me somewhat of Ansel Adams Moonrise over Hernandez...only better!
(I always thought Adams's iconic image was over rated). My only (very slight) criticism is that I would have preferred to have seen the buildings just a little lighter....but I'm not even sure about that. The colors are amazing and the whole scene emits an atmosphere of place and time. Truly worth waiting for and well done Ozi!

Many thanks Matt. To be honest, I think anyone could have taken a good shot with a Box Brownie, such was the magnificence of the evening.

No, but always looking. :)

I actually do possess my Grandpa's Box Brownie and it is still in the box . I also have my late Father's Voightlander Vito B which unfortunately doesn't work that well these days.
