Provia 100F 35mm 36exp - $3.49 USD ($4.43 AUD)
Provia 100F 35mm 36exp 20 roll pack - $79.80 USD ($101.15 AUD)
Provia 100F 35mm 36exp 5 roll pack - $19.95 USD ($25.29 AUD)

Neopan 1600 35mm 36exp 20 roll pack - $3.79 USD ($4.80 AUD)
Neopan 1600 35mm 36exp 20 roll pack - $75.80 USD ($96.09 AUD)

prices as of 16/03/05 converted via xe.com

ridiculous... velvia 50 for $7! last time i paid around $21 for a roll from fletchers!

although postage is the killer approx $30 USD ($40 AUD)! Maybe next time im after film and someone else is buying from BH, we could go in on postage!

Does film travel ok overseas to Australia?

I have looked at film on ebay, you have to make sure you are getting film thats not past its expiry date (if that matters). Recently bought 10 rolls of Astia 100f for $91 (RRP $21 each!)

We'll see if it turned out to be a bargain or not.

Ted's and Fletcher's in the City, in their Pro sections.

Right at the back of the store in Ted's; midway through the store in Fletch's, on the right you'll see an open doorway. Through there.

Vanbar of course.

Foto Riesel on Kent St, between Market and King.

Way back when .... I used buy my Fuji directly from Hanimex. A couple of hundred rolls of film at a time!

Whether the date matters depends upon how the film's been stored. We kept ours in the freezer, and the dates became irrelevant. Keep it in the fridge and remove it an hour or two before you need it.

For film purchased through ebay you really have no knowledge of the storage conditions, and that makes it a very difficult purchase IMHO.

thanks redline, that was what i was basically wanting to know... whether if you bought film from BH or the like overseas whether the film would be affected by transportation, xrays... all those types of things.

I might be looking for some B&W myself in the next month odd, if so ill let you know and maybe we can put in an order together to reduce costs
