There was such a great shot to be had after the storms had passed - alas our camera was at home as well. There was a wonderful dark cloud in one part of the sky, with bits of cloud streaking down in a majestic curve to the ground as if the water was just too heavy for the cloud to hold. On either side of this, patches of sky with indescribable luminescence.

...and of course that great feeling you get when the hail passes and, even though your car was out in it, it wasn't big enough to leave dents!

insure your D70 gear and...
take it anywhere you want.
I have my own little theory about umbrellas and the same applies sort of to cameras.

1. you don't carry an umbrella with you ? (you will get wet when it rains !)
2. you do carry an umbrella; you don't get wet ! (well, it also might not rain !)
well either way, the umbrella does keep the rain away !

Photos
1a. no camera with you, you cannot take photos.
2a. the camera is with you at all times; nothing to shoot ?!?
If you want to shoot, what is it going to be ?
The camera takes the photos away ?

Cheers
CD
