Picasa 2

Hi All,

I have just downloaded this program and it looks pretty good. Very easy way to sort / find your images.

It even supports the NEF file format also, very quick in loading.

Yep, the program is free...

Nothing wrong with NV but this allows you to group your photos into labels if you want to find them quicker.

I find it works a little quicker than NV also.

Plus it has some pretty cool little effects built in (you can adjust shadows, highlights as well)

I've downloaded the program but haven't used it yet. From reading the descriptions and talking with m brother who uses it, it is very similar to extensis portfolio (which is what I am using now) for its categorizing and search functions....and it's free.....not bad
