Given the high standards you set yourself I would add that perhaps her eyes could have been dirested more at the camera rather than slightly upwards towards the light. A very small but could be significant refinement of a terrific portrait.

Re the eyes, I do have a very similar one, but somehow felt that her not looking at the camera gave a sense of detachment that I liked also.
