The D70 Anniversary Meet is coming and we need your help to make it as good as it can be! As noted in prior messages here, it will be held in Sydney over the weekend of August 5, 2005.
If you're even thinking of going, you'll need to fill out this questionnaire to tell us what you want in the D70Users.com Anniversary Meet... and be realistic, okay? Versions available:
Microsoft Word (doc)
Adobe Acrobat (PDF) (Thanks to jdear) Note: A web version should be online by tonight.Last edited by Nnnnsic on Wed Mar 09, 2005 2:18 pm, edited 1 time in total.

And Scott, I told you that I'm getting a web-ready version... err... ready to go online and should be done by tonight.
But I've got to go to work in a few minutes so if you want to do it, feel free to. Also, if you want to prepare a version that our Linux friends will appreciate more without taunting, feel free to make it.

You can either send it as an attachment or embed it in the email... whichever you prefer, just so long as we can read it.

 Hi,
I created a PDF of your questionnaire available here (221 kb) sorry about the large file, but it includes form elements, so the user can enter their details straight into the pdf document (should work 4.0+ of acrobat), check the checkboxes they like, and then resave it as: DSLRAnivMeet_yourusername.pdf then email it to the anniversary email addy.
I can remove the form elements will take it down to approx 30kb if needed...
 see if you like it.
otherwise id be happy to create a simple HTML form which will email you the users responses...

 Leigh,
In that form, perhaps you add the number of people to attend as wife/ partner/ girl friend/ Fiancee, and sex as male or female, size and colour of jacket or polo shirt.
We need to know the number as quantity to summarize the order of merchandises for delegates.
 Your observations

We'll probably do that later on when we're asking who is actually coming.
This questionnaire is just so we can get a broad view of how many people will be coming and what they'll want to do.

Well, we'll probably let this run for a week to a week and a half... that should give us an idea of things... after that, we can start working out other details.
Hell, we should have a fairly good idea of it by Saturday so we can do a bit of discussion there I imagine.

I sent my form in last night per e-mail.
Would it be worthwhile in the 'THREAD' to confirm receipt of form/s by 'Username', as I know I would not like to miss out for one reason or another .
 Goodbye for now,

This isn't the form to tell us you're going... we just want a broad idea from everyone, if they're coming or not, of what everyone wants.
We'll start putting up the actual registration forms in a week or two, me thinks.

Admins and organisers - I am too dumb to negotiate the downloading of the PDF, filling it out and emailing it back, you can assume I'm going and I'll do/enjoy everything on the list. Put me down as interested in a Blue Mths trip... and a mod els/portrait session too.

I won't be going to the anniv meet.
Instead i will be protecting the borders of Aus from the entry of those dangerous illegal immigrants. That's the plan anyhow. Although things can change, it is unlikely, so i will miss the party of the year. We can't put them at Heard Island. The penguins have a 100 year lease there. Maybe you were thinking of those two other islands to the East of Sydney. They would be more appropriate. And so long as they like lamb, they should be well fed too.Steve. |D700| D2H | F5 | 70-200VR | 85 1.4 | 50 1.4 | 28-70 | 10.5 | 12-24 | SB800 |Website-> http://www.stevekilburn.comLeeds United for promotion in 2014 - Hurrah!!!

Yes. I've hardened the spam protection on the server because I was getting far too much rubbish. And about a dozen at a time.
I just can't be bothered deleting that sort of shit, and in fact it costs me money (not a lot, but that's not the point) to actually receive that trash!
