Leica Buffs?

Can anyone shed a photon or two on the subject of whether this is a fake, or merely heinously bad advertising? It seems the "original owner" momentarily forgot how much was paid new for the item. And can/do people fake modern leica glass - ie the 35 f2 asph?
Any help, or even wild musings appreciated.
