I will be going, and bringing kit to capture it. A few other friends are also, I'll ask the ladies what they are wearing. THey are calling it a cocktail party, and its a charity / auction type, so thinking fancy dress, cocktail/lounge suits. Little black dress is always a safe one... (not for the boys!!!)

I'm seriously considering going as I've never had any of my pics in a gallery before :wink:

. It all depends if we can get a babysitter, and 6pm is a tricky time!! If I do go, the black dress will definitely be coming out of the wardrobe!

The organisers have asked me if any of our members would like to give a 2-3 minute talk as part of the opening night.

Anyone attending interested?

I would love to, but have too many commitments at teh momoent, I can only confirm 70%, so i have declined, but would like to extend the invitiaotn to the forum.

The expectation is a short few words on our forum, what inspires us about photography, also with a view to introduce our images for people to buy.
