Lens buying in Hong Kong

Postby Chica on Tue Dec 16, 2008 10:56 pm

Hi everyone

Tom and I are going to Hong Kong next year and we are thinking of purchaing some Nikon lenses there if they are good value (and good quality). Does anyone have any experience purchasing in Hong Kong? Any tips / things to avoid / great shops or areas to try?

I am pretty sure there is a thread on this a bunch of months or year ago that had some info?

Stay away from Nathan Road and environs, I think Poon may be able to be seen to organise something but not sure, check the other thread.

I am heading over again in early 2009 as well, my 9th trip!
